Junior HR Coordinator

About the role

iQVIA is looking for two new members of its HR Partner Team in Warsaw. The role supports an HR team in delivering HR services, with more experienced colleagues helping to improve the HR function through HR programs and more efficient local processes. Development is possible toward HR administration or HR Business Partnering.

Key responsibilities

• Support and take part in teams handling employment legislation, compliance, HR systems, practices and procedures.
• Contribute to new employee orientation where appropriate, under the direction of senior team members.
• Manage employee files.
• Take part in the day-to-day development and implementation of new local and global HR initiatives.
• Prepare standard reports and analyses as requested by other HR team members.
• Act as first point of contact for basic management of HR-related queries and issues.
• Build strong working relationships with HR specialist functions and Centers of Excellence such as HRPSC and Finance PSC.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent in HR, Business Administration or a similar field; equivalent combination of education, training and experience accepted.
• 2-3 years of experience as an HR generalist for the HR Coordinator position; office or HR experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of local and relevant employment legislation.
• Strong attention to detail, discretion and confidentiality, and ability to organize and prioritize work.

Required skills

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and HRIS applications.
• Good problem-solving, judgment and decision-making skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
