Junior HCP Onboarding Specialist (Hebrew)

About the role

PwC Poland’s Enterprise Managed Services team is seeking a Junior HCP Onboarding Specialist fluent in Hebrew to support the onboarding of healthcare professionals and organizations. The role focuses on back‑office processes, ensuring accurate data entry, compliance checks and smooth portal registration without client‑facing or sales duties.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain HCP/expert profiles in Reltio or similar master data management systems.
• Guide HCPs through portal onboarding via email, assisting with registration, profile setup and troubleshooting.
• Conduct due‑diligence activities including Conflict of Interest reviews, license verification and debarment/exclusion screening.
• Perform Fair Market Value tiering tasks in Interactions Hub, ensuring alignment with defined parameters.
• Document exceptions, maintain audit‑ready records and support transparency reporting.
• Collaborate with business owners, compliance and legal teams to resolve onboarding issues and ensure consistency.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in HCP engagement operations, compliance or medical affairs support.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Hebrew.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Reltio, Veeva, Interactions Hub or similar CRM/HCP engagement systems.
• Familiarity with FMV tiering, Conflict of Interest management, license verification and debarment/exclusion screening processes.
• Proficiency with AI‑based tools for task automation, information analysis and content creation.
