Junior Customer Service Specialist – Dutch (Enterprise Managed Services)

About the role

PwC Poland’s Enterprise Managed Services team is looking for a Junior Customer Service Specialist fluent in Dutch. You will support the onboarding, contracting and administrative processes for healthcare professionals and organisations, working behind the scenes without client‑facing sales duties.

Key responsibilities

• Assist HCP/HCO onboarding, profile creation, registration support and issue resolution.
• Prepare, execute and track contracts, including e‑signature workflows.
• Review contracts for completeness, escalating complex matters to Legal or Compliance.
• Conduct due‑diligence checks such as licence verification, COI reviews and exclusion screening.
• Maintain accurate records to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
• Support post‑engagement activities like invoice reconciliation, expense recording and payment follow‑up.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and adoption of digital tools.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in customer service, onboarding, contract management or related administrative roles.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Dutch.
• Strong understanding of customer‑service principles and ability to support internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience handling documentation, contracts and compliance‑related processes.
