Junior Cost of Living Analyst

About the role

Join Mercer’s global team supporting Global Mobility flagship products as a Junior Cost of Living Analyst. You will research, analyse and validate survey data while contributing to cost‑of‑living research worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Review field survey results submitted by consultants to assess accuracy and quality.
• Analyse price movements and act as a contact point for regional research managers, discussing data‑related questions.
• Occasionally travel to conduct cost‑of‑living surveys in specific locations.

Required profile

• Fluency in English with strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Client‑oriented, independent, detail‑oriented and able to communicate confidently with stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• General computer literacy and competence with MS Office.
