Junior AP Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Junior AP Accountant to join our global finance team in Szczecin. You will support day‑to‑day accounting operations, collaborate with colleagues across borders, and contribute to projects that improve and automate our processes.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase invoices from internal and external suppliers.
• Code invoices and coordinate the approval workflow.
• Work closely with finance teams in different countries.
• Support month‑end closing activities and related reporting.
• Participate in projects aimed at standardising and automating accounting processes.

Required profile

• Confident communication in English (minimum B2 level).
• Analytical mindset with initiative and teamwork orientation.
• Motivation to learn and develop a career in finance.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
