Junior Payment Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Verify supplier accounts by reconciling monthly statements.
• Respond to queries and resolve issues during transaction handling.
• Ensure daily operations meet targets and deadlines.
• Maintain best practice across accounts receivable tasks, updating process documentation (e.g., Visio, work instructions, guidelines) and contribute to improvements.
• Execute payments timely and accurately according to KPIs, service level agreements, company policies and controls.
• Review monthly reconciliations and perform month‑end tasks.

Required profile

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to provide quality data, structure and organise daily work.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in a similar accounts payable/payments environment (advantageous).
• Education in economics, finance or a related field (advantageous).
