IT Solution Manager – SAP S/4 HANA & BTP

About the role

As an IT Solution Manager at Bosch, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of enterprise SAP solutions, from design through retirement, ensuring they deliver business value and align with the eBike strategy. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners to shape the solution roadmap and guarantee high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Consult the eBike business on solution vision (SAP BTP, SAP S/4 HANA) and define roadmaps while managing requirements.
• Drive business value across the solution lifecycle – design, build, deploy, run, improve, scale, and retire – in line with strategy and stakeholder expectations.
• Design and optimise Sales & Logistics processes (P2F, I2D, O2C) using SAP APO, Kinaxis, SAP BTP and SAP S/4 HANA.
• Ensure solution quality, compliance and risk mitigation throughout its lifecycle.
• Promote standardisation and continuous optimisation of the solution on technical and commercial fronts.
• Maintain continuous operation and meet defined service levels.
• Coordinate contracting, onboarding and knowledge transfer to near‑shore/off‑shore teams.
• Act as an ambassador for the solution across product units, stakeholders and customers.

Required profile

• University degree in Information Technology, Economics or a comparable field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT solutions, requirements engineering or business consulting.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP BTP and SAP S/4 HANA (at least one module such as APO, LE or SD) and solid understanding of integrated IT solutions, interfaces and master‑data management.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills and ability to work in international, cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive, structured, solution‑oriented mindset with analytical and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Very good written and spoken English.
