iPOST Clinical Community Analyst (Remote)

About the role

ICON Strategic Solutions is looking for an iPOST Clinical Community Analyst to join its global Investigator Portal Operations Team. The role supports investigator and site engagement across clinical trials by managing study-specific investigator portals, working with study teams, site personnel, vendors and internal stakeholders. It is a remote position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage investigator portals from study start-up through close-out and archiving.
• Partner with study teams to develop and implement site engagement and communication strategies.
• Create, maintain and publish portal content such as news posts, communications, surveys, forms, dashboards and study resources.
• Coordinate portal launches and ongoing activities with study teams and external vendors.
• Support portal user management and provide business support to stakeholders.
• Lead and facilitate meetings with study teams on portal planning, implementation and study conduct.
• Monitor portal activity and engagement, and investigate, track and resolve portal issues, escalating when appropriate.
• Contribute to process improvements, training, operational documentation and best practices, and support broader site engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in clinical trials or clinical research, ideally from a CRO, pharma, biotech, sponsor, site or vendor.
• Hands-on experience with investigator portals or similar site engagement platforms.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and study conduct.
• Preferred: experience with global or multi-regional trials, direct work with study teams, investigators, sites or vendors, training or user support, knowledge of site engagement and change management, additional languages.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating communications, newsletters and site-facing content.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including analysis and presentation of information.
• Ability to work in global, cross-functional teams.
