About the role

As a Service Engineer for Heat Pumps at Bosch, you will provide advanced technical advice and on‑site support for our service network, ensuring the reliable operation of heat‑pump and heating‑automation systems across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote and field technical support for heat‑pump and control‑automation installations.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops and technical briefings for service partners.
• Oversee the development and audit the quality of the service network within the assigned area.
• Manage and coordinate service requests and warranty claims using Bosch service platforms (e.g., TIS, MyService).
• Collaborate closely with the sales department to align technical solutions with customer needs.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in service, commissioning, diagnostics or technical support of HVAC or heating equipment.
• Technical education with practical knowledge of refrigeration cycles, hydraulics and heating‑automation systems.
• SEP certification up to 1 kV and a personal F‑gas handling certificate.
• Strong communication skills in Polish and English, ability to work independently and organise workload efficiently.
• Willingness to travel for field work.
