Digital Transformation Lead

About the role

Servier is looking for a Digital Transformation Lead to drive the development and execution of the digital transformation portfolio within our manufacturing environment. Working closely with site leadership, Industry Digital Transformation teams, and key business stakeholders, this role will translate digital opportunities into sustainable business value and ensure successful adoption of digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the site/business digital transformation vision, roadmap, and portfolio in alignment with site and Industry strategy.
• Prioritize and oversee execution of the site/business Data, Digital & IS portfolio, ensuring reliable reporting and issue escalation.
• Lead data exploration and analysis to generate insights, and ensure long‑term sustainability of Power BI reports.
• Promote effective use of Core Models and BigQuery for data analysis and share best practices with the Industry Data Office.
• Lead and supervise a team responsible for data analytics and digital project delivery, fostering operational excellence.
• Coordinate digital maturity assessments, develop business cases, and track delivered benefits.
• Identify digital upskilling needs and support employee engagement in development programmes.
• Manage change management activities to ensure sustainable adoption of digital solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in process engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or supply environment.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of value creation in manufacturing and supply chain.
• Demonstrated experience in digital transformation, programme or portfolio management, and change management.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate delivery of digital and data initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence peers and senior stakeholders.
• English at minimum B2 level.
