About the role

Jarltech, a European value-add distributor for Auto-ID, barcode, POS and mobile computing technology, is building a new inside sales hub in its Warsaw office to support the Central and South-East Europe region. It is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist for the Czech, Slovak and Polish markets, one of the first people on board.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day contact for Czech, Slovak and Polish customers by phone and e-mail.
• Prepare quotations, enter orders and keep customers informed about status and delivery.
• Handle product and price requests, follow up opportunities and coordinate returns and service cases.
• Support the field Key Account Managers so they can focus on customers and partners.
• Work with purchasing, logistics, finance and vendors using the company's ticketing system.

Required profile

• Native Czech or Slovak, plus fluent Polish and English.
• First experience in inside sales, customer service or B2B sales support; motivated junior candidates are welcome.
• Well-organised, reliable and service-minded.
• Comfortable with IT systems and keen to grow commercially.
