Infrastructure Security Team Lead

About the role

SOFTSWISS is seeking an Infrastructure Security Team Lead to head a dedicated security team within a high‑load international iGaming environment. You will shape the security strategy, drive implementation across cloud and on‑premise platforms, and ensure regulatory compliance while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Infrastructure Security team, establishing clear ownership and accountability.
• Define and execute the security strategy, roadmap, standards and operating model.
• Prioritise initiatives based on risk, business impact, engineering capacity and regulatory needs.
• Guide security across cloud platforms, Kubernetes, endpoints, privileged access management, remote access and vulnerability management.
• Build scalable processes for risk prioritisation, remediation tracking and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure and Security teams to embed security early in development cycles.
• Communicate risks, priorities, trade‑offs and progress to technical teams and leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including leadership of technical security teams.
• Strong background in Infrastructure, Cloud or Platform Security.
• Proven ability to translate security goals into roadmaps, measurable outcomes and ownership models.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Upper‑Intermediate English and Russian language proficiency.
