Implementation Specialist (German) – QRmaint

About the role

QRmaint is scaling internationally and needs a dedicated professional to own end‑to‑end implementations for its mobile‑first CMMS platform. You will take projects off the sales team’s plate, ensuring international customers are onboarded, configured and trained to run the system independently.

Key responsibilities

• Run end‑to‑end implementations for international customers, from kickoff through configuration to go‑live.
• Configure QRmaint, set up integrations, migrate and clean customer data.
• Train customer teams so they can operate the system independently.
• Manage project schedules, milestones and communication, coordinating with sales, support and product teams.
• Provide customer support and turn support requests into implementation improvements.
• Feed customer insights back to the product team for feature enhancements.

Required profile

• Experience in maintenance, facilities or industrial environments, speaking the language of customer teams.
• Ability to run projects independently, managing schedules and obstacles without constant direction.
• Comfortable delivering training and coaching to end users.
• Fluent in English, Polish and German at a professional level.
