Head of Market Access

About the role

Responsible for developing, driving and executing Coloplast’s market access strategy for the Polish market and delivering a compelling, commercially‑savvy value proposition. The role influences internal and external stakeholders to position Coloplast as the partner of choice with NHF opinion leaders and sits on the Coloplast Management Team shaping overall strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the payer strategy to create an optimal prescribing environment for Coloplast products.
• Manage relationships with NHF partners and local health districts, developing innovative solutions that benefit patients, authorities and Coloplast.
• Monitor market and reimbursement changes, communicate insights internally and translate them into commercial advantage.
• Set up reimbursement processes for new products and devise pricing strategies aligned with market value.
• Build strong relationships with authorities, professional bodies and key opinion leaders, and mobilise stakeholders through campaigns on patient rights.

Required profile

• Economic background (health or commercial) with at least 5 years of market access or payer access experience.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to work independently, set priorities and negotiate with NHF stakeholders and payers.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with a customer‑oriented mindset.
