Freelance Talent Sourcer / Recruitment Sourcer (B2B)

About the role

Huawei Europe is seeking a Freelance Talent Sourcer to support B2B recruitment for technical and sales positions in the Energy, Telecommunications and related sectors. The role focuses on identifying passive candidates across Poland and international markets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Actively source and identify passive candidates for technical positions in Energy, Telecommunications and Sales across Poland and international markets.
• Conduct proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, candidate databases, recruitment platforms, social media and other channels.
• Develop and implement tailored sourcing strategies and perform advanced Boolean searches.
• Screen candidates, assess fit, and present profiles to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and keep candidate data up‑to‑date in the ATS.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment or direct search.
• Proven ability to engage passive and hard‑to‑find candidates.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented.
