Financial Accountant (AP) – d/f/m

About the role

Holy Fashion Group, owner of the brands JOOP!, Strellson and Windsor, is looking for a Financial Accountant (d/f/m) in Warsaw. The role covers the end-to-end processing of accounts payable, ensuring supplier invoices are handled accurately, on time and in compliance with internal guidelines and accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Verify, post and reconcile incoming invoices and run regular payment runs
• Manage vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies and clear open items efficiently
• Act as key contact for accounting-related IT applications in the AP process
• Support month-end and year-end closing for accounts payable
• Contribute to the standardization, optimization and continuous improvement of AP processes
• Work with suppliers, service providers and auditors in a service-oriented way

Required profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship in the financial sector
• Professional experience in the financial accounting department of a modern company
• Certified accountant qualification or comparable
• Structured, goal-oriented work, reliability, team spirit and passion for numbers
• German is an advantage

Required skills

• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• SAP
