Finance Systems Analyst

About the role

Dentons Business Services EMEA is recruiting a Finance Systems Analyst in Warsaw. The role provides technical support, system analysis and administration, and champions system best practice for the firm's financial systems, including Elite 3E, Intapp Time and Emburse expense management solutions. It follows the recent implementation of a new Practice Management System and is key to maximising its return. The position supports the UK region, so working hours are 10 am to 6 pm, and it follows a hybrid model with 1-2 days per week in the Warsaw office.

Key responsibilities

• Daily monitoring and data integrity checks for the suite of financial systems
• System administration and support for Elite 3E, Intapp Time, Emburse and Enable (ERM)
• Analyse data feeds in Integration Builder to ensure accurate system integration
• Handle missing time queries from Legal Service and Business Service colleagues
• Administer system access control and configure system security
• Respond to queries and requests via email, telephone and the Fresh Helpdesk ITSM
• Take part in the month-end process as part of a rostered team
• Assist with financial systems audits, testing, and the development of system and process enhancements
• Liaise with the software vendor, manage escalations and give timely status reports to line management
• Help document processes and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice

Required profile

• Strong Elite 3E experience and knowledge
• Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills, with good project management ability
• Customer-focused, flexible and able to work under pressure and in a global, collaborative environment
• Desirable: experience of IT and finance operations, audit experience, and involvement in full-lifecycle projects and post-transition support

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite
• Desirable: advanced Excel for data manipulation, SQL (T-SQL or OQL), and knowledge of databases, servers and system infrastructure
