Senior Workday Integration Consultant

About the role

PwC Poland's Workday team, made up of more than 30 specialists, delivers advanced technology solutions and takes part in HR and financial transformations, including Workday Extended. It is looking for a Senior Workday Integration Consultant in Warsaw who designs and develops Workday integrations with clients and other team members.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Workday integrations with clients and team members
• Analyse client requirements, document them and determine integration patterns
• Engage third-party vendors to build solutions
• Plan and lead design workshops with the client
• Use the right Workday integration technology while meeting timelines and quality needs
• Maintain a trusting, professional partnership with the client

Required profile

• Demonstrable history in a Workday Technical / Integration Consultant role, or in an HR software implementation team in a large company
• Preferred: Workday certifications (HCM, Integration, CCTPP, Studio, Extend)
• Flexible approach to working with both small and large clients

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of the Workday integration stack (connectors, EIB, Data Transformation, Workday Studio, Data Migration Methodology, Calculated Fields, PECI/WECI connectors, RaaS)
• Standard integration stack: XML, XSLT, JSON, basic Java, Web Services, SOAP, REST
• Knowledge of AI-powered tools such as task automation and information analysis is an advantage
