Event Design Coordinator – Remote Europe

About the role

We are looking for an Event Design Coordinator to manage the intake, production, and quality assurance of event‑related creative requests across Tether’s global teams. You will act as the bridge between designers and business units, ensuring flawless deliverables for booths, signage, digital assets, swag, and invitations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for event‑related creative requests, clearly scoping deliverables, formats, quantities, deadlines, and venue constraints.
• Brief designers with complete specifications, manage multiple concurrent event workstreams, and track status to surface bottlenecks early.
• Conduct thorough QA of print and digital assets, checking brand consistency, resolution, color mode, bleed/trim zones, and file formats.
• Document and organize all assets, briefs, and final deliverables in a shared drive for easy reuse.
• Anticipate risks such as vendor lead times, production windows, and shipping delays, building buffers and contingency plans.
• Act as a trusted liaison between requesters and the design team, continuously improving intake and review processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, production, or creative operations with a strong events component.
• Proven track record managing print and digital production processes, understanding dielines, safe areas, and color specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional fluency in Spanish or Italian is a plus.
• Proactive, risk‑first mindset with sharp attention to detail.
