Engagement Ambassador – Ukrainian Support (Hybrid)

About the role

PwC Poland’s Enterprise Managed Services team is looking for an Engagement Ambassador fluent in Ukrainian to support healthcare professionals and organisations. Based in Warsaw, the role works in a hybrid model (2 days on‑site, 3 days remote) and focuses on back‑office contract and administrative processes without client‑visiting or sales responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding, activity requests, contracting, travel, invoicing and payments for HCP/HCOs.
• Facilitate offline contract execution between HCP/HCO and internal signatories.
• Review contract redline requests and escalate to Legal when required.
• Follow up with business owners or HCP/HCO on outstanding contracts and manage amendments.
• Handle complex scenarios related to activities, contracts, travel or payments.
• Coordinate HCP travel requests and communicate arrangements.
• Support post‑engagement tasks, including invoice reconciliation and expense recording.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in healthcare provider engagements.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Ukrainian.
• Knowledge of HCP engagement compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical ability to resolve engagement issues.
• Excellent professional communication and customer‑service skills.
• Experience with contract templates and redline handling.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills
