Employee Experience Analyst

About the role

Marsh is seeking an Employee Experience Analyst to join its global team in Warsaw. The role focuses on analytical tasks within projects that aim to understand and improve client employee engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and test online questionnaires in multiple languages using Mercer tools and prepare high‑quality reports.
• Coordinate survey distribution, including email invitations and reminders, ensuring correct system setup.
• Perform intensive Excel work: data cleaning, large‑database operations, and additional calculations.
• Monitor project progress and report to ensure timely execution.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in a similar analytical or consulting role.
• University degree, preferably technical or with statistical elements.
• Full availability Monday‑Friday with flexible working hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English (minimum B2) – spoken and written.
