EMEA Benefits Analyst

About the role

Marsh is looking for an EMEA Benefits Analyst to join its Global Benefits & Mobility team within its CoE business. Based in Warsaw, Poland, this is a hybrid role with at least three days a week in the office. The analyst supports the delivery of benefits programs and projects across the EMEA region, contributing to mergers and acquisitions, benefits harmonization, redesign and program enhancement, working with regional and local HR teams, Legal, Compliance, Finance and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of EMEA benefits activities and projects with the Regional Benefits Manager.
• Analyze benefits data and gather documentation for mergers, acquisitions and other regional initiatives.
• Contribute to benefits harmonization, redesign and enhancement projects across countries and business units.
• Maintain and update benefits data, trackers, project plans and supporting documentation.
• Partner with local HR teams, vendors and internal stakeholders to validate information and resolve issues.
• Assist with benefits system updates, reporting, renewals, governance checks and process improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in benefits, rewards or HR analytics.
• Exposure to multi-country or regional HR or benefits environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and organizational skills.
• English written and verbal communication; collaboration across a matrixed organization.
• Advantages: experience with employee benefits platforms, M&A and benefits harmonization exposure, project or vendor coordination experience.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with employee benefits platforms and benefits administration systems.
• Willingness to use AI-enabled tools to improve productivity is a plus.
