Director, Agentic Solutions Integration

About the role

Mastercard is building Agent Suite Services to deliver enterprise‑scale agentic AI solutions for the payments ecosystem. As Director of Agentic Solutions Integration, you will bridge the gap between strategic vision and operational delivery, ensuring that client implementations move smoothly from proof‑of‑concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle for Agent Suite implementations, from POC sign‑off through production deployment and structured client handover.
• Provide supervisory leadership to forward‑deploy engineering teams, maintaining executive‑level visibility while guiding technical execution.
• Manage multiple concurrent engagements, coordinating stakeholders, partners, and workstreams to meet market‑driven timelines.
• Partner closely with the Solutions Architect to ensure technical integrity throughout discovery, validation, and deployment phases.
• Unblock technical challenges, hold teams accountable, and ensure alignment with Mastercard’s standards and client expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex, multi‑stakeholder technology programmes at an enterprise level.
• Strong understanding of AI/agentic technologies and their application in financial services.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and technical teams alike.
• Track record of delivering large‑scale technology solutions on time and within scope.
