DevOps Engineer – Platform Team (Remote Europe)

About the role

Crystal Intelligence is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join its Platform team. You will manage hybrid services running on‑premise and in the cloud, primarily on Kubernetes, and collaborate closely with development and QA teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and build hybrid infrastructure projects.
• Configure and maintain internal services.
• Build and maintain monitoring systems.
• Build and deploy environments, including bare‑metal deployments.
• Drive performance and integration testing.
• Continuously improve the existing infrastructure.

Required profile

• 4+ years of DevOps or IT system administration experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Unix/Linux servers (Debian/Ubuntu, RHEL/CentOS).
• Strong understanding of IT security practices and standards (ISO 27001, SOC2, CIS benchmarks).
• Experience building hybrid infrastructures and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with configuration management tools (Ansible, Saltstack) and virtualization/containerisation.
• Ability to perform root‑cause analysis for production incidents.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and clustering.
• Availability for on‑call duty in case of disasters.
