Design & Brand Tools Team Leader

About the role

Lead a small specialised team in Szczecin, driving digital and IT-related initiatives that support global Branding & Design stakeholders. Collaborate with business colleagues, IT specialists, system owners and external suppliers to deliver scalable, user‑friendly solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Szczecin team, setting direction, priorities and ways of working.
• Drive digital and IT projects end‑to‑end, from requirements gathering to testing, implementation and user adoption.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and coordinate with IT teams and external partners.
• Manage scope, timelines, dependencies and risks to ensure predictable delivery.
• Continuously improve existing digital solutions for scalability and usability.
• Oversee external suppliers, monitoring delivery, quality and performance.

Required profile

• Experience in team management and creating a high‑performing environment.
• Solid background in managing digital or IT‑related projects in a business context.
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills.
• Very good English communication skills, spoken and written.
• Experience in an international organisation is an advantage.
• Background in branding or creative environments is a plus.
