Creative Project Manager

About the role

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Creative Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of creative campaigns from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality creative solutions that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a thorough understanding of brand values, visual identity, and tone of voice, ensuring all projects reflect the brand core.
• Develop and oversee efficient, scalable project‑management workflows, continuously refining processes.
• Lead detailed project planning, including timelines, deliverables, resources, budgets, and monitoring.
• Oversee creative output production, ensuring alignment with goals, quality standards, and timely delivery.
• Provide creative input to meet strategic objectives and act as a bridge between creative and operational teams.
• Adopt new tools and AI solutions to enhance planning, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, facilitate collaboration, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Guide and mentor team members, foster an inclusive culture, and ensure ethical and legal compliance.

Required profile

• Proven project‑management ability to define scope, create detailed plans, and manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for engaging clients, creative teams, and senior stakeholders.
