Customer Service Specialist – French (Enterprise Managed Services)

About the role

PwC Poland’s Enterprise Managed Services team is seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Specialist to support healthcare professionals and organisations. The role is back‑office focused, handling contracts, onboarding, travel, invoicing and payments without client‑facing sales duties.

Key responsibilities

• Assist HCP/HCO onboarding, activity requests, contracting, travel, invoicing and payments.
• Facilitate offline contract execution and manage contract redline reviews, escalating to Legal when needed.
• Coordinate contract amendments and follow up on outstanding agreements with business owners or HCP/HCO.
• Handle complex scenarios related to activities, contracts, travel or payments.
• Support post‑engagement tasks such as invoice reconciliation and expense recording.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare provider engagements.
• Fluent written and spoken English and French.
• Knowledge of HCP engagement compliance, authorisations and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical ability to resolve engagement issues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
