Customer Service Specialist – Contact Centre

About the role

Fiserv, a global fintech and payments company, is hiring a customer service specialist for its Warsaw contact centre. You will provide telephone support to customers of Fiserv's Polcard processes and services, handling banks, cardholders and payment terminals.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers within Polcard processes and services
• Handle banks, cardholders and payment terminals
• Communicate with customers by email and phone and answer their enquiries
• Maintain high standards of work and customer satisfaction

Required profile

• Customer-focused attitude; training provided
• Commitment to the highest quality of service
• Good knowledge of English and very good Polish
• High language culture, clear pronunciation, written and spoken
• Availability for shift work, including nights and weekends
• Elasticity and willingness to develop
• Interest or experience in fintech, customer service or helpdesk is an advantage
