Customer Advisor (Danish or Norwegian) - Warsaw

About the role

A recruitment partner is looking for a Danish or Norwegian-speaking Customer Advisor based in Warsaw, Poland, to handle inbound calls and chats for a large Nordic airline. The role covers flight information, ticket changes, cancellations and refunds, and special service requests.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and chats in Danish
• Advise partners on flights, products, prices, fares, rules and online services
• Change reservations (time and destination) and personal data
• Handle special service requests such as wheelchairs, special assistance and animals
• Deal with ticket cancellations and refunds
• Help customers buy airline tickets and handle different payment methods
• Support customers with travel difficulties

Required profile

• Danish C1 (spoken and written)
• English B2
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
• Experience with digital service platforms and CRM tools is an advantage
• Positive attitude and enjoyment of communicating with customers and colleagues

Required skills

• Excellent technical skills: MS Office, web browsers and general computer skills
