Contract Negotiator (Junior and Senior)

About the role

IQVIA, a global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence, is looking for a Contract Negotiator in Poland. The role manages and negotiates contracts with stakeholders while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, working closely with internal teams and external partners. Two levels are offered: junior and senior.

Key responsibilities

• Junior: assist in preparing and reviewing contract documents, support negotiations with clients and vendors, keep accurate records of negotiations and amendments, collaborate with internal teams on compliance and provide administrative support to the contract management team.
• Senior: lead negotiations with clients and vendors, develop and implement contract strategies, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, mentor junior team members and analyse contract performance to recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law or a related field.
• Junior: 1-2 years of experience in contract negotiation or management.
• Senior: 5-8 years of experience, proven expertise in negotiating complex contracts, and strong leadership and mentoring skills.

What we offer

• Base pay range of PLN 105,900 to PLN 196,600 per year, depending on qualifications, location and schedule.
