Clinical Research Associate, Single Sponsor Dedicated in Poland

About the role

iQVIA is hiring Clinical Research Associates for a single-sponsor dedicated role in Poland. The associate performs monitoring and site management work so that sites carry out the study according to the protocol, applicable regulations and guidelines, and sponsor requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits, and keep appropriate documentation
• Support the development of a subject recruitment plan
• Maintain regular contact with sites and deliver protocol and related study training
• Evaluate the quality and integrity of site practices and escalate quality issues as appropriate
• Track regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form (CRF) completion and data query resolution

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or health care
• At least 1 year of on-site monitoring experience in clinical trials
• Good knowledge of and skill in applying GCP and ICH guidelines
• Good command of Polish and English, with written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, managers and clients

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Use of a laptop, and of iPhone and iPad where applicable

The potential base pay range, annualized, is 132,800 to 280,000 PLN; the actual offer depends on qualifications, location and schedule. Incentive plans, bonuses and other benefits may also apply.
