Client Technical Virtual Assistant (GHL, Cold Email, AI SDR)

About the role

A highly execution-focused Technical Virtual Assistant is needed to support client onboarding, CRM systems, outbound infrastructure and technical operations for fast-growing B2B campaigns. The role suits someone with strong experience in GHL, cold email infrastructure, automations and AI SDR workflows who can work independently in a fast-paced, SOP-driven environment. It is fully remote and paid $500-$3,000 per month depending on experience and scope.

Key responsibilities

• Execute technical onboarding for new clients: domain/DNS setup, email hosting configuration, GHL sub-account builds, CRM pipelines and automations.
• Build and launch cold email and AI SDR sequences based on client briefs.
• Scrape, clean and upload verified lead lists into campaigns.
• Connect and troubleshoot integrations across GHL, HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, Slack and Zapier / Make.com.
• Maintain and optimise live campaigns based on performance data.
• Follow SOPs closely and flag blockers or missing client assets early.
• Support onboarding documentation and fulfillment operations.

Required profile

• Strong experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), including CRM setup, pipelines, automations and sub-account management.
• Experience with cold email infrastructure (DNS, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warm-up, deliverability).
• Experience building AI SDR or email automation workflows.
• Experience with lead scraping tools such as Apollo, Clay or PhantomBuster.
• Experience in startup, agency or outbound lead generation environments preferred.

Required skills

• Zapier and/or Make.com automation workflows.
• Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 email hosting configuration.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, async communication and documentation skills.
• Nice to have: Acquisity, Smartlead or Instantly; HubSpot or Salesforce integration; Meta Ads account setup; LinkedIn outreach tools (Expandi, Dripify); basic prompt engineering or AI agent configuration.
