Client Experience Specialist

About the role

The Client Experience Specialist joins the Product Management Operations Team, working closely with internal stakeholders, client‑facing teams and product owners. The role focuses on supporting client experience initiatives across Career products throughout the entire client lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support client experience initiatives and lifecycle frameworks, including the use of AI and technology solutions.
• Define, implement and maintain Voice of Customer (VOC) touchpoints across key lifecycle stages.
• Collect, consolidate and synthesize client feedback to identify themes, recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate client‑experience activities across internal stakeholders and develop reporting and insight‑sharing materials.
• Evaluate internal tooling enhancements and recommend repeatable, configurable solutions.

Required profile

• Experience or exposure to client‑experience or customer‑focused initiatives.
• Familiarity with Voice of Customer or client‑feedback activities.
• Understanding of client‑lifecycle concepts such as onboarding and retention.
• Experience supporting process improvement or standardisation efforts.
• Strong analytical skills and awareness of the technology landscape.
