Business Account Manager - Middle

About the role

SoftSwiss is looking for a mid‑level Business Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of sportsbook operators. You will act as the main liaison between operators and our platform, driving revenue, product adoption and overall satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with B2B sportsbook operators and ensure daily operational excellence.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, coordinating requests and communicating updates efficiently.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers on integrations, issue resolution and platform improvements.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, platform audits and recommend product updates or promotional strategies.
• Analyse operator KPIs to identify revenue‑boosting opportunities and strategic betting events.
• Handle contract renewals, upsell features and negotiate commercial terms.
• Ensure accurate monthly invoicing, reporting and compliance with internal and market regulations.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Russian (minimum B2 level), written and spoken.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, customer success or business development within iGaming, sportsbook or B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience managing multiple B2B sportsbook operators.
• Solid knowledge of sportsbook operations, betting markets and industry trends.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems, analytics tools and KPI‑based decision making.
