Founding Account Executive

About the role

This role is based in Flexport’s new Warsaw office and is one of the first Account Executive positions in Poland. As part of the founding commercial team you will build a brand‑new territory, shape the go‑to‑market strategy, and establish the first enterprise relationships for Flexport in the Polish market.

Key responsibilities

• Own and close high‑value, complex enterprise opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
• Build a strategic pipeline through self‑prospecting, account planning and partnership with SDRs.
• Lead executive‑level discovery to understand supply‑chain strategy and design integrated multi‑product solutions.
• Develop end‑to‑end deal strategy, negotiate pricing and contracts, and coordinate internal stakeholders (Ops, Finance, Legal, Product).
• Drive onboarding, expansion and long‑term relationship management for enterprise customers.
• Act as a senior commercial voice, sharing market insights, contributing to best‑practice reviews and shaping early market strategy for Poland.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles with proven quota attainment.
• Demonstrated ability to close large, multi‑stakeholder deals with long sales cycles.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior decision‑makers.
• Deep understanding of the Polish market and ability to engage enterprise buyers from day one.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
