Associate Sourcing Manager

About the role

Join our team as an Associate Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing activities, optimise supplier relationships and drive cost savings. You will report to the Director of Sourcing and work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality, sustainability and value in every project.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies that balance quality, service and cost.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Negotiate contracts and supply agreements to achieve favourable terms and mitigate risk.
• Conduct supplier and market analysis to identify consolidation, cost‑reduction and process‑improvement opportunities.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams on business objectives, including product transfers.
• Monitor supplier performance through audits, site visits and performance metrics.
• Promote ethical and sustainable sourcing practices across the supplier base.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of strategic sourcing or commodity management experience and total 10 years in purchasing, planning or manufacturing roles.
• Proven experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical, financial and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA QSR or similar quality standards.
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• International sourcing experience and intercultural competence.
