Asset Manager – Warsaw

About the role

Huawei Europe is seeking an Asset Manager to join its Warsaw representative office. The role focuses on developing, implementing and optimizing asset management policies, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations while supporting day‑to‑day asset operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain local asset management policies, procedures and lending processes.
• Monitor asset‑related activities, risk indicators and produce regular reports.
• Implement internal control processes (e.g., CT, PR, SACA) and oversee corrective actions.
• Promote an asset‑compliance culture through training and best‑practice sharing.
• Support asset registration, labeling, inventory tracking and handovers for onboarding, transfers and off‑boarding.
• Manage the full asset lifecycle, including redistribution, recycling and disposal of idle assets.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control and proper storage.

Required profile

• Proven experience in asset and equipment management, preferably within an IT environment.
• Detail‑oriented, highly responsible and committed to accuracy and compliance.
• Strong analytical thinking with a proactive approach to process improvement.
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Effective problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.
