Airline Customer Contact Centre Agent – Wroclaw

About the role

Qatar Airways is recruiting fluent Italian or Spanish speakers to join its Customer Contact Centre in Wroclaw, Poland. As an agent you will be the voice of the airline, handling customers mainly by phone and supporting them via web chat when needed. Relocation to Wroclaw is required.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Promote, upsell and cross-sell Qatar Airways products and services
• Create, modify and refund flight reservations
• Provide accurate fare quotes and assist with ticket issuance and re-issuance
• Support e-commerce, trade and loyalty programme activities
• Escalate complex queries when needed

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Fluent English and either Italian or Spanish (minimum C1); knowledge of European languages such as Spanish, French or German is an added advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and in rotating shifts (no night shifts)

Required skills

• Relevant experience with a GDS system (Amadeus) is an added advantage; IATA or airline basic tariff course certification can be considered
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Tech-savvy with solid typing, comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
