Talent Acquisition Partner – Spanish (1‑year contract)

About the role

You will join the wider EMEA Talent Acquisition team to support business growth by attracting high‑quality candidates. This role is ideal for someone with proven high‑volume internal recruitment experience and offers training and development to ensure success.

Key responsibilities

• Manages full life‑cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management.
• Partners with business leaders, hiring managers, HRBPs and Talent Management to align talent strategy with workforce planning.
• Acts as a subject‑matter expert on market insights, industry trends and job knowledge to influence hiring decisions.
• Researches and executes new sourcing channels for active and passive candidates.
• Ensures hiring managers are kept informed of recruitment activities and collaborates continuously.
• Trains hiring teams on best‑in‑class recruiting processes, competency selection and behavioural interviewing.
• Maintains timely system updates and analytics to ensure accurate reporting.
• Continuously seeks process improvements and tools to enhance the talent acquisition experience.
• Serves as brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a corporate high‑volume, full‑cycle recruitment function.
• Internal recruitment background with ability to source across multiple functions and industries.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and influence hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication, organization and prioritisation, focused on a customer‑centric approach.
• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.

What we offer

• Annual gross salary range 112,500 – 128,000 PLN (12 pay periods).
