Senior Project Manager – IoT, Mobile & Web

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead mobile and web projects for IoT, wearables, and connected devices. You will be the single point of contact for our US‑based clients and own the end‑to‑end delivery of cross‑functional squads.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for US clients, handling communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Manage web and mobile projects from discovery through launch and post‑launch support.
• Lead a cross‑functional team of designers, developers, QA and other PMs.
• Run Scrum ceremonies, plan sprints, maintain backlogs, timelines, budgets and project health.
• Co‑create product vision, define MVP strategy and prioritize features with clients.
• Plan staffing and resource allocation in collaboration with other chapters.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes within the squad and across the company.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflow to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Self‑starter who takes ownership of projects end‑to‑end.
• Comfortable questioning specifications and creating structure out of ambiguity.
• Strong curiosity about the purpose and impact of connected devices.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evening calls with US clients.

Required skills

• Proven experience managing web and mobile projects.
• Experience leading cross‑functional squads in an Agile environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with international clients.
• Familiarity with AI‑enhanced productivity tools.
