Senior Product Manager – TM Master (Maritime)

About the role

OneOcean is seeking a senior Product Manager to lead the TM Master product, a core planned maintenance system for maritime operators. The role bridges customers, stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver features that enhance operational efficiency, compliance and vessel performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the TM Master product backlog, translating strategy into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum engineering teams to plan sprints, groom the backlog and ensure high‑quality releases.
• Engage maritime customers (ship managers, superintendents, crew) to gather insights, validate requirements and act as the voice of the customer.
• Define and track product KPIs, using data and feedback to iterate on features and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product ownership or product management experience in a B2B environment.
• Strong background in the maritime industry, especially with planned maintenance systems such as TM Master.
• Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams and manage complex backlogs.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• SQL – ability to write queries for data analysis and validation.
• SQL Manager – experience using the tool to support product decisions.
