Senior Legal Assistant – Warsaw

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Legal Assistant to support Frontex, the European Border and Coast Guard Agency, on assignments based in Warsaw. The role is offered through NTU International, a long‑standing EU framework contractor, and involves providing high‑quality legal support to EU‑level projects.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and analyse legal documents, contracts and policy papers.
• Conduct legal research on EU, European public and administrative law.
• Assist in preparing briefing notes and reports for senior officials.
• Coordinate with EU institutions, agencies and international partners as required.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal and external legal standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Law.
• Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong legal drafting and analytical abilities.
• EU/Schengen citizenship and fluent English (C1+).
• Experience with EU institutions, agencies or international organisations is a distinct advantage.
