Senior Legal Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Legal Assistant to support Frontex, the European Border and Coast Guard Agency, on assignments based in Warsaw. The position is Warsaw‑based with the possibility of hybrid working and is offered through an employment contract with Staff Partners.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents and contracts for EU‑related projects.
• Conduct legal analysis and provide advice on European public and administrative law.
• Support the preparation of reports and submissions to EU institutions.
• Collaborate with international partners and internal teams to ensure compliance with EU regulations.

Required profile

• University degree in Law.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• EU/Schengen citizenship.
• Fluent English (C1+).
• Experience with EU institutions, agencies, or international organisations is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Warsaw if currently based elsewhere in Europe.
