SAP Architecture and Integration Consultant

About the role

Join SD Worx as an Architecture and Integration Consultant, working on diverse SAP implementation projects for payroll and HR clients. You will develop your expertise through hands‑on assignments and online SAP training while collaborating with a team of ten consultants based in Poland.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in SAP solution implementations (cloud and on‑premise) covering architecture design, technical specifications, and integration scenarios.
• Design and develop client‑specific functionalities and extensions.
• Contribute to the development and rollout of proprietary SD Worx products in the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors space.
• Expand SAP integration knowledge through project work and SAP e‑learning courses.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical/IT department, software development, or as a programmer, technical consultant, architect, or integration specialist.
• Familiarity with HR business processes, especially SAP HCM or SuccessFactors.

Required skills

• SAP PO (formerly XI/PI) or Dell Boomi.
• SAP Cloud Platform Integration / Integration Suite.
• SAP Cloud Platform Architecture.
• ABAP, Groovy, SAPUI5 (Fiori), Java or JavaScript.
• Relational databases and SQL query writing.
