Product Manager – 2D/3D/E&I (Aveva UE)

About the role

The EPC Product Manager Plant Design (2D/3D/E&I) will own the Diagram‑to‑Model workflow, ensuring seamless data synchronization from 2D schematics to final 3D deliverables within the Aveva UE environment. The role bridges business ambition and engineering reality, translating strategy into execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define digital product strategy and yearly technical road‑maps aligned with business and domain goals.
• Manage product budget, KPIs, licences, and user‑satisfaction metrics to maximise financial performance.
• Oversee end‑to‑end product design, release cycles, documentation and support roll‑outs through training and change management.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, act as project manager when required, and ensure compliance with safety and cybersecurity standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Business, IT or equivalent.
• More than 10 years EPC plant design experience and at least 3 years with AVEVA E3D and AVEVA Diagrams.
• Strong analytical mindset, financial and operational controlling knowledge, and fluency in English.

Required skills

• Deep functional knowledge of AVEVA E3D.
• Deep functional knowledge of AVEVA Diagrams.
• Experience with SmartPlant suite (plus).
• Ability to drive product development across multiple geographies.
