Greek Speaking Travel Consultant – Warsaw

About the role

We are looking for a Greek‑speaking Travel Consultant to join a leading travel and tourism service provider’s international customer service centre in Warsaw. You will deliver high‑quality travel advice and support to Greek‑speaking clients across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide travel advice, handle bookings, amendments and cancellations via phone, email and live chat.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM/reservation system and ensure data protection.
• Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers to confirm availability, rates and changes.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Meet performance targets for sales, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training and work shift rotations, including evenings and weekends.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Greek (C1) with strong written and spoken skills.
• Fluent English (minimum B2) and additional languages a plus.
• Previous experience in travel consultancy, reservations or customer support preferred.
• Sales‑oriented, detail‑focused and able to handle challenging conversations professionally.
• Willingness to work in shift rotations and occasional extended hours.

Required skills

• Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Familiarity with booking platforms.
