About the role

As a Global Logistics Senior Analyst you will work with innovative colleagues worldwide to design, implement and support automation solutions that keep 3M’s global logistics operations stable, efficient and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain automation solutions for logistics processes.
• Own and support end‑to‑end global logistics workflows.
• Identify and drive efficiency improvements across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance workflow effectiveness.
• Communicate technical requirements and updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth execution of automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of supply chain management (order, demand, planning, procurement, logistics).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Relevant experience in automation development, supply chain, or process optimisation.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
