Field Service Technician

About the role

The Field Service Technician will travel to retail locations across Warsaw to test, troubleshoot, and repair reverse vending machines (RVMs). The role combines hands‑on mechanical work with customer interaction, offering a blend of technical challenge and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to store personnel and the public.
• Independently analyse system failures, perform root‑cause repairs, and execute preventive maintenance.
• Conduct pre‑site visits to prepare new locations for RVM installation.
• Install, commission, and calibrate new reverse vending machines on‑site.
• Gather direct feedback from customers to inform future product improvements.

Required profile

• Professional education in an IT, mechatronic, or electronic‑related field.
• Advanced mechanical knowledge and ability to work with conveyors, sensors, and motors.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently after training.
• Fluent in Polish (written and spoken); English for technical documentation is preferred.
• Valid driving licence with regular driving experience.
