Customer Service Advisor – Norwegian Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a Norwegian‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a global leader in customer experience for an airline project in Warsaw. You will be the first point of contact for travelers, handling inquiries and providing assistance across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and chat messages in Norwegian.
• Provide information on flights, fares, policies and online services.
• Process booking changes, cancellations and ticket refunds.
• Handle special service requests such as wheelchair assistance, pets or other needs.
• Support customers with ticket purchases and various payment methods.
• Assist passengers experiencing travel disruptions.

Required profile

• Fluent Norwegian (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping customers.
• Previous experience in customer service, digital platforms or CRM tools is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Comfortable using web browsers and general computer applications.
