Client Development Representative

About the role

The Client Development Representative will be the first voice pharmaceutical leaders hear, initiating honest conversations about serialisation and compliance challenges. This outbound sales position focuses on building a qualified pipeline for the Account Executive team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound outreach to manufacturers, CMOs and distributors across Europe and APAC via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers such as supply‑chain managers, compliance leads and senior executives.
• Qualify prospects, book discovery meetings and hand them off to Account Executives.
• Research target accounts, map regulatory pressures and maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM.
• Log all interactions, prepare briefing notes and share weekly performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum experience in outbound B2B roles such as SDR, BDR or telesales.
• Fluent English; additional languages (French, German, Spanish) a plus.
• Based in Poland and comfortable with a hybrid setup that includes occasional visits to the Warsaw office.
• Disciplined, structured approach to high‑volume outreach and pipeline management.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system (Zoho CRM mentioned).
